Mike, Tommy and Kevin try to sneak in some last-minute candidates for #QuackQuestion of the year. Which Ducks would get into a rap battle? Were Ms. Conway and Mr. Hall together and did Gordon set it up? Is Julie even Gaffney’s real first name?
Show Notes
This is Mike’s daughter dressing up as “Karp”:
Thanks to Brooklin for the first Quack Question: “i recently watched a tik tok where boys got into a rap battle in a locker room. which ducks would get into a rap battle before/after a game or practice and who would win?“
Here is Russ Tyler all grown up and rapping:

.@QuackAttackPod #Quackquestion. For the Hawks, had they won the final against the Ducks, would the game have been worth winning, since they wouldn’t have won big?

Bill’s full question(s):
I noticed once the Ducks started packing the arena, Charlie’s mom and Jesse and Terry’s dad sat right next to one another in all of the games. Could it be possible there was something going on there between the two of them? A little spark perhaps? Could it be once Gordon tried out for the minors, the two began a passionate, secret affair which only heated up once the Bombay and the kids went off to the Goodwill Games?
My theory is that an oblivious Gordon turned into an enraged Gordon once the team returned from Los Angeles and found about about the affair. With the pull he had as a celebrity coach and a now very powerful Eden Hall alum, Gordon selfishly prevented the school from giving Jesse a well-deserved scholarship as he wanted Mr. Hall out of Casey life. He did this because he wanted to be the sole father figure in Charlie’s life. Not for the betterment of Charlie of course, but his own selfish ego he’s been trying to fulfill ever since he choked in PeeWee’s in ‘73. He’d have it all in his mind: notoriety, a “career” in hockey and a son he wants all the credit in raising, without anyone to come between them and without actually doing any of the work for his very hollow accolades.
Gordon Bombay has a track record for playing dirty and/or gimmicky in the courtroom and on the ice, but denying Jesse Hall an Eden Hall education for his own selfish motives might be his lowest and dirtiest trick of them all. Remember, he told “Frankie Boy” five minutes into the first documentary he had no idea how low Bombay could stoop. This was what he was referring to.
Thanks to @cowboydwayne for the #QuackQuestion.
@QuackAttackPod if the Jnr Goodwill Games went to overtime instead of a shoot out, would the Ducks still beat Iceland in the final? #QuackQuestions
