Gretzky was traded to the Los Angeles Kings in 1988. He played with them until 1996. With the Junior Goodwill Games coming in March 1994, he was a longtime member of the Kings at that point. He had not just been traded like Mike said.
Swingers came out in 1996, but it does look like they are playing NHL 94.
