Mike, Tommy, and Kevin recount the chain of events that led to Gordon Bombay becoming Team USA’s Junior Goodwill Games head coach. Why was Jan pitching Bombay to be the coach while he was still in the minors? Did Hans and Jan pay Norbert for the hit?

Bombay says, “I’m not a lawyer, I’m a player.” Interesting that he ends up just abandoning it as soon as the Junior Goodwill Games Director of Player Personnel opportunity comes up.
