Original article:
We might be living in the golden age of autographs from the original Mighty Ducks cast members. The success of Mighty Ducks: Game Changers cast a new light on the OGs. Many took that opportunity to hit the card show and memorabilia convention circuit.
In September, ten Ducks from the original trilogy will all converge on one spot: the Smoky Mountain Card Show in Sevierville, TN.
The show runs September 18 and 19 in Sevierville Convention Center. (Seiverville is about 30 minutes outside of Knoxville.)
The Mighty Ducks who will be in attendance:
- Brandon Quintin Adams (Jesse Hall)
- Matt Doherty (Dave/Les Averman)
- Garrette Ratliff Henson (Guy Germaine)
- Vincent LaRusso (Adam Banks)
- Jane Plank (Tammy Duncan)
- Danny Tamberelli (Tommy Duncan)
- Aaron Schwartz (Dave Karp)
- Scott Whyte (Gunnar Stahl/Scooter)
- Shaun Weiss (Greg Goldberg)
- Justin Wong (Ken Wu)
Most of those attending have been around the signing scene lately. Weiss has recently returned after turning his life around. Adams is a relative newcomer and might be a special draw due to his involvement in the Sandlot. Several other cast members from the film will be there as well.
